There are a variety of methods for Noorda-COM students, faculty, and staff to provide suggestions or report concerns. These submissions are crucial to making improvements to our campus community and the student learning environment. Please read the descriptions below and then click on the hyperlinked (orange) text in each description to submit a form.

Students

Suggestion Box: A resource for students to submit their ideas, opinions, suggestions, and observations about academic learning, policies, processes, and products that can help us create a culture where all Noorda-COM students can flourish. (Students are also encouraged to submit all academic feedback through end-of-course surveys.)

DEI Suggestion Box: A resource for students to submit their ideas, opinions, suggestions, and observations about DEI on campus.

Incident Report Form: The Student Incident Report Form is a place for students or employees to provide feedback about specific student wellbeing, academic success, or professionalism concerns. This form is required to initiate any professionalism or disciplinary actions.

Students can also provide feedback to their SGA representatives

Employees

Suggestion Box: A resource that allows employees to submit their ideas, opinions, suggestions, and observations about academic learning or work conditions, policies, processes, and products. It is also a way for members of the Noorda community to provide anonymous feedback on these issues. These suggestions will be used to help us create a culture where all Noorda-COM students and employees can flourish.

Incident Report Form: A form for employees to report when a specific event or circumstance causes a negative impact on their health, safety, or wellbeing. This resource can also be used if you witness an incident that you believe should be reported and addressed by Noorda-COM administration (i.e., concerning behavior or discrimination).

Complaint Report Form: A form for employees to submit when seeking resolution to an issue after efforts to resolve the matter have not been achieved. This form can be used to express dissatisfaction or report various issues, such as inappropriate or unprofessional conduct, safety concerns, organizational policies or decisions, or interpersonal conflicts.

Students and employees can also submit a complaint to COCA.
